All our online courses, recorded programs, templates, and digital resources are non-refundable.

Instant access is provided after payment
Content cannot be “returned” once accessed
Intellectual property protection

❌ No refunds will be issued once course access is granted, regardless of completion status or usage.

2. Mentorship Programmes

Mentorship programmes involve:

Personal time
Planning
Strategy sharing
Live support & resources

Refund Terms:

❌ No refund after enrollment
❌ No refund for partial usage or missed sessions
❌ No refund due to personal reasons, lack of time, or delayed action

Once mentorship starts or access is provided, the fee is strictly non-refundable.

3. 1:1 Consultancy / Strategy Calls

Cancellation & Rescheduling:

Calls can be rescheduled once if informed at least 24 hours in advance
Rescheduling depends on slot availability

No Refund Cases:

Missed calls without prior notice
Last-minute cancellations
Not joining the call on time

In such cases, the session will be considered completed and non-refundable.

4. Free Consultations

Free consultation calls:

Have no monetary value
Are non-transferable
Can be cancelled or rescheduled by us if required

5. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered only if:

A duplicate payment is made
A technical error occurs from our side

Such cases will be reviewed individually and refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days.

6. Payment Gateway Charges

If any refund is approved:

Payment gateway charges
Taxes
Platform fees

may be deducted from the refundable amount.

7. No Guarantees Disclaimer

We do not guarantee profits, income, buyers, or export orders.

Effort
Market conditions
Implementation
Compliance

Refunds will not be issued based on results, expectations, or assumptions.
